Parent and family involvement is integral to a child's development. To encourage their participation, we hold parent orientation meetings and offer family take-home activities for Adventures in Making Music students, provide pre-concert family workshops in conjunction with Family/Community Adventure Concert Series performances, present side-by-side music workshops for parents and children, publish regular parent newsletters, present an annual musical workshop and breakfast for Parent Coordinators, and distribute information to parents in various languages.
